Processing: orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Delivery: 7–12 business days in transit after dispatch, so about 8–15 business days from your order date.
Tracking: you get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. Tracking can take 3–5 days to update.
Returns and exchanges
Wrong size? Email us your order number and the size you need. We ship the right size free, and you don't need to send the first one back. One free exchange per sleeve.
Not happy for any reason? Email us within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the sleeve, worn or not. No need to ship it back.
Damaged or wrong item? Email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo, and we send a replacement or refund you, your choice.
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
