Refund policy

Our promise: love the fit, or get your money back.

Free size exchange. If your sleeve is the wrong size, email us at hello@wearcorestride.com with your order number and the size you need. We'll ship the right size to you free of charge. You don't need to send the first one back. One free exchange per sleeve.

30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not happy with your sleeve for any reason, email us within 30 days of the delivery date with your order number. We'll refund the full price of the sleeve, worn or not. You don't need to send it back.

How refunds work. Refunds go back to your original payment method. You'll see them within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. Shipping protection, if you added it, is refunded with the sleeve.

Damaged or wrong item. If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll send a replacement or refund you, your choice.

Limits. One refund per order, claimed within 30 days of the delivery date shown in your tracking. We may decline repeated claims from the same customer.
