Between sizes? Size down for a snugger fit, or up for a looser one. One sleeve per order, fits left or right.

  1. Wrap a soft tape measure around your ankle

    2 inches (5 cm) above the ankle bone.

  2. Keep it snug but not tight

    Then read the number.

  3. Match it to M, L or XL

    Between sizes? Size down for snugger, up for looser.
