Shipping policy

Processing time: orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase.

Delivery time: our ankle sleeves ship from an international supplier. Please allow 7–12 business days for delivery after your order has been dispatched, for a total of about 8–15 business days from the order date. Shipping is free on every order within Canada.

Tracking: you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 3–5 days for tracking information to update.

Customs, duties and taxes: orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs fees, import duties or taxes set by your destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

Lost or delayed packages: if your order has not arrived within 30 days of the order date, email us at hello@wearcorestride.com and we will investigate with the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, carrier disruptions or circumstances beyond our control.
